And we voted that after I verified the registered voters we would vote to approve the list online by e-mail. We voted to put the list up online at www.tnnac.org We had already split the Middle Tennessee Caucus site into Two separate areas, one on the East side of the Nashville Caucus and one on the west side of the Nashville caucus. McMinnville and in Lyles Tennessee (if you go to the web page and click on 2007 elections and click on the address for the caucus sites in will send you to a map for directions) We also had two different people wanting to put on the East Tennessee Caucuses so we decided to split the East Tennessee Caucus to Kingsport and Huntsville Tennessee. Lee Vest will chair the Kingsport Caucus and TNNAC board member Doug Kirby will help Herstle Cross in Huntsville. I told them that we would try this and if they did not get us some board members from their area to come to the meetings then next election 2009 we would move them again and they will not be in Kingsport or Huntsville, until we find people willing to work on the board at times other than just at elections. I think that TNNAC Board Member Lance Davis and TNNAC helper Chrisie Moore will be putting on the one in Lyles, Tennessee. I hope. Still waiting on confirmation on that Still do not have any entertainment for either night of the convention. Executive Session was held at the end of the meeting. Then we adjourned *********************************
