PASSED Site selections for the 2007 Caucuses should be reserved and turned in by the last meeting of the TNNAC board in 2006 Discussed low attendance and reasons, lack of popularity Discussed Memphis, Vicky said we already passed a motion about filling our requirements to the Law. It was searched and found- March 13, 2005 we discussed our obligation to furnish names for the TCIA, could we turn to ACTIA, yes it passed TNNAC to ask Memphis to furnish a second name as per the law that created the TCIA by August 31st; we have no choice we have to do it. Need to fill out nomination with 12 signatures from the delegates of Memphis Complaint Letters requested to clear caucus areas passed as amended for review by John Smith and his signature Indian Preference if requested must show proof to a closed meeting with no notes to TNNAC board. If an enrolled member send a copy of Card, if using genealogy must be a certified copy by a genealogist.
