TNNAC Board Hearing in Executive Session concerning Lawrence Sampson's allegations that TNNAC board member kunesh allegedly used information from Sampson's TNNAC application for State Human Rights position to request military background information on Sampson, and alledgedly illegally requested and obtained Sampson's DD-214, and additional allegations by some TNNAC board members against kunesh.

Opened meeting. Motion to approve the agenda passed.

Reading and discussion of charges, and rebuttal by tom kunesh.

kunesh left the room for private deliberation by the board.

Board deliberated and voted.
kunesh was found Not Guilty of all charges.

Vicky Garland, TNNAC chair, resigned from TNNAC.
Doug Kirby, Nashville alternate, TNNAC vice chair, resigned from TNNAC.

kunesh informed of the board's decisions.

Board accepted Garland's and Kirby's resignations.
John Smith elected chairperson pro tem, Cleata Townsend elected vice chair pro tem.
