patient, fair-minded, objective and idealist person. I have been actively 
involved within Indian Affairs in Tennessee for over a decade. I initiated the 
development of various local organizations including the Chattanooga InterTribal 
Association and the Chattanooga Indigenous Resource Center and Library (with 
help from others, of course). I welcome the opportunity to continue to be of 
service to the Indian community in whatever capacity I may be best. I remain 
of the belief that our commission has yet to realize its utmost potential.
