3. review of past year's caucuses and convention
	concerns re. 2001 election process and ability of TNNAC to present 2001 TNNAC-elected TNCIA-candidates to state legislature in 2004: should proposed TNCIA legislation specify first Commissioners or obtain names from TNNAC?
	question of '01 Convention's validity/acceptability 
	- public notification of results 
		- published in official state & county newspapers in october
	- public comment period - 20 october through 20 november
	- review of comments - 20-30 november
	- certification of results - 1 december

4. preparations for next year's caucuses and Convention
	2003 TNNAC schedule:

 	- commissioner nominations: open 24 may 2003. close 26 july 2003
 		delegates' nominations - (tabled)

 	- caucuses: saturday, 23 august 2003 7pm ET, 6pm CT

	 - Convention: saturday & sunday, 20-21 september 2003

 		saturday, 20 september, 10 am - registration (socializing, politicking)
 			2 pm - convention begins : nominees' introductions & panels
